Duck Smith House: Asheboro NC bed and breakfast: Rooms

Nightly Rate: $135 (plus tax).
Rates are subject to change.
Guests ages 18 to 21 must show photo ID. Under 18 must have signed parental consent.
$25 per person for extra guests in the Waverly Room for the third and fourth person.
Children ages 5 and older are charged $25 if they are the third and fourth person in the Waverly Room.
No air mattresses or sleeping bags are permitted.
Cancellation of 24 hours is required or payment in full will be charged.
Advance deposit required on all reservations of one nights stay which is placed on the credit card at that time. Payment accepted by MC, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Amenities
The Duck Smith House is wireless for your convenience.
Robes and hair dryers are supplied in each guests bedroom. Turn down service is provided, ice water in your room and fresh flowers from the garden when possible.
Iron and ironing board is available upon request.
TV's are provided in each bedroom with a larger TV in the living room.

Other Policies and Information
Check-in is between 3 and 7 P.M. unless other arrangements have been made.
Check-out is at 11 A.M.
Breakfast is served between 8:00 & 9:00 each morning. Please let us know if you have any special dietary requirements.
No Smoking inside.

Daisy Mae is the resident dog on premises.
