- Nightly Rate: $135 (plus tax)
Rates are subject to change.
- $25 per person for extra guests in the Waverly Room for the third and fourth person.
- 24 hours is required for cancellation or payment in full will be charged.
- Advance deposit required on all reservations of one nights stay. Payment accepted by MC, Visa, American Express and Discover.
- The Duck Smith House is wireless for your convenience.
- Robes and hair dryers are supplied in each guests bedroom.
- TV's are provided in each bedroom with a larger TV in the living room.
The Duck Smith House is a non-smoking environment.
Daisy Mae is the resident dog.
